Throughout my time at Dixie State University I have had the chance to work on multiple works for art for different events on campus. Being the Graphic Designer for DSUSA I definitely had designs I created that I fell in love with. During our week of welcome in the fall semester DSUSA throws an annual pool party with games, food, and a great time. This is a great way to meet and make friends at the start of your college career.

To show the joy of summer – since it feels like summer in St. George until October – I incorporated a cool color pallet with warm oranges as an accent and used an old school font that way the typography of the design came across as fun but not forced. For this event, I had to design for A-frames, posters, and flyers that were distributed around campus to help advertise for the event
